Pet Relief Areas in US Airports
Traveling with our favorite family member is an absolute must, as I’m sure it is for you too! However, finding pet relief areas
inside of an airport can be tricky.. I’ve found that many airports only have them outside and it becomes a hassle to go in and out of security; plus, you don’t always have enough time for that. Thanks to a new Federal Regulation, airports that have more than 10,000 passengers a year have to establish at least one pet relief area inside each terminal. These relief areas can be used for: law enforcement dogs, emotional support animals, and airport therapy dogs. Here is a list of some of the airports that already have indoor relief areas and where they are located; categorized by state.
